A BETTER JUSTICE BUREAU (BJB)
Our BJB operates like the Better
Business Bureau.
We take complaints from people who have been abused by Attorneys, Judges,
and other Officials, public servants, with a duty to us. Are Attorneys
public servants? YES. When they become licensed they become "Officers of the
Court", a quazi-governmental position, with a duty to society,
the public at large, to do honor to the law.
Our BJB is divided into two branches:
PEOPLES BAR
ASSOCIATION (PBA)
and
PEOPLES COMMISSION
ON JUDICIAL CONDUCT (PCJC)
Our PBA compiles a searchable database
of information and complaints on Attorneys.
We provide oversight of Attorneys where the Bar Associations fail.
Our PCJC compiles a searchable
database of information and complaints on Judges.
We provide oversight of Judges where the Justices of the Higher Courts,
and State Commissions on Judicial Conduct, fail.
SELF-REGULATION DOES NOT WORK
There is a need for Citizens,
independent of self-serving entities, to Govern.
We fill the void, utilizing information technology (the Internet), to

ORGANIZATION (VCO)
Our VCO provides guidance to
understanding and accessing the Law.
Here we provide information you need when you must establish Justice.
We provide access to a database of information you need to
hold your hired counsel accountable or, if you cannot afford counsel,
aid to entering YOUR court with the shield of the Law to protect you.
