Tips is modeled after the program recently established by the United States
Department of Justice and Department of Homeland Defense. Our Justice System has
become filled with enemy combatants who are committing acts of terror against
the people. They do so out of a hatred of freedom. They seek to terrorize us
with fear into submission to their will. We are asking for help in defending our
freedom and security against these fear promoting terrorists. Prove you are not
an enemy by providing us with your tips.

anonymous and untraceable email message
that you may use to advise us of the enemy combatants among us.

We are sending out notices to all Judges, Lawyers, Government Employees,
Legislators, Law Enforcement personnel, and all others who come into routine,
daily, contact with our system of Justice to provide us with anonymous tips that
will point us to suspected enemy combatants. The situation has become such that
we must consider them in the same way we consider Saddam Hussein. "They are
enemies until proven otherwise". We can give no quarter to these terrorist
hiding in our own borders and working in positions of trust within our
institutions with a deliberate intent to destroy our Constitution and our Unity.
The Law of our Constitution is all that unites this nation and all that will
keep it together. Help us to save our Nation.
